Welcome to Alter ("we" or "us"). This Terms Of Services is designed to help you understand how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our website and related services.
1) Agreement.
By using gecko.ad, you agree to these Terms. If you use Gecko for a company, you confirm you’re authorized. Minimum age: 18.
2) Accounts.
Keep your login secure. You’re responsible for activity in your account. We may suspend or terminate for misuse.
3) Use of Gecko.
Manage ads only through Gecko’s own screens. No scraping, exporting outside provided interfaces, or security bypasses. Don’t upload illegal, infringing, misleading, or harmful content.
4) Fees & payments.
You pay the displayed fees. Payments run via Stripe; taxes may apply. Failed or disputed payments may pause service. Except where the law says otherwise, fees are non-refundable.
5) Campaigns & reports.
You control your targeting and content. We provide metrics (e.g., impressions/plays). We can refuse or remove content that violates these Terms or the law.
6) Third-party services.
We use Stripe and Google Firebase to operate Gecko. Their terms & privacy rules apply to their part of processing.
7) IP & licenses.
Gecko owns the platform and brand. You retain rights to your ads and grant us a limited license to host, transcode, display, and analyze them to run the service.
8) Privacy.
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data (email for auth, payment info for billing, behavioral data for campaign reporting).
9) Termination.
You can stop using Gecko anytime. We may suspend/terminate for violations or risks. We may keep billing and minimal operational records as required by law.
10) Disclaimers & liability.
Gecko is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee campaign results. To the maximum allowed by law, our total liability is limited to fees paid in the past 6 months. No indirect or consequential damages.
11) Law & venue.
Hungarian law governs. Courts of Hungary have exclusive jurisdiction.
12) Changes.
We may update these Terms and will post the new version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
